Degree in Management, postgraduate degree in Auditing, and Master's in Finance from the University of Lisbon (ISEG), with over 20 years of experience in management, financial management, auditing, and corporate governance.  Professional experience includes roles as CEO and CFO of Cabeólica for the last 13 years, as well as Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and advisor to the board of directors and general manager at the SITA Group.  Direct participation in the construction, financing, and operation phases of Cabeólica's four original wind farms and manager responsible for the development, financing, and construction phases of the Cabeólica expansion project, comprising the expansion of the Santiago wind farm and the installation of battery storage systems on four islands.
