Luciene Frederico, Civil Engineer and Master in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Management, Production, and Environment from Universidade Federal Fluminense, specializing in Real Estate Appraisal, Co-author of the book Risks Arising from Global Warming vol II, she is currently Co-responsible for the Sustainability area at Banco Interatlântico, has taught part-time at the University of Cape Verde and Jean Piaget University in the areas of Engineering and Architecture, and has published several articles in international journals on topics related to Sustainable Construction.
